👥 Is this event all ages?
Yes — this is an ALL AGES event.
- When arriving at the door please have your ticket and valid photo ID ready
- Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Under 18s will receive a RED wristband and must not enter bar areas
- Patrons 18+ will receive a GREEN wristband
- This is a no pass-outs event (no re-entry).
Due to licensing conditions and capacity regulations, tickets are strictly age-specific and cannot be transferred between age categories:

Photo ID will be required for entry, and entry will be refused if the ticket does not match the patron’s age, in line with Terms & Conditions upon purchase.
These conditions are based on liquor licence and event management requirements and cannot be altered on the day – we appreciate your understanding.
If you purchased the incorrect ticket type or can no longer attend the event, we encourage you to resell your ticket via Moshtix to prevent risk of scams, find out how.

- Plenty of zero-alcohol & soft options for kids

This is a GA standing event. BYO chairs, picnic blankets will NOT be permitted.

Where is the event being held within UOW?
UOW Gardens is the area that adjoins UniBar – Building 12. The event site will include UniBar and Building 11 forecourt. Entry will be from UniCentre Lane off Northfields Ave.
What if it rains?
The event will go ahead rain or shine.
Dress for the weather and keep the vibes high, but leave your umbrellas at home for safety and viewing of others.
What to bring
To help you have the best night, please bring:
- Your ticket (digital or printed)
- Valid photo ID (required for alcohol service: 18+)
- Payment card of choice (card only event, no cash accepted)
- A fully charged phone
- An empty water bottle (free water available onsite)
- Weather-appropriate clothing (this is an outdoor event – rain or shine)

Merchandise
Merch will be available for purchase in the UniHall Foyer.

Cloak Room
There is NO CLOAK ROOM available at this event. Please plan accordingly and keep personal items with you at all times.
🚍Getting There & Home
- Public transport available from Uni Hall (Building 11) with Uber drop off on Northfields Ave
- Parking information – there will be limited parking on campus and around the event site. If you must drive the best parking maybe at P1, P2, P3. There may be limited parking in the P8 Carpark. Check out the UOW Parking Map before you arrive
- Additional buses will be running post-event, including services heading to North Gong Station and Gong CBD
