DO I NEED ID TO ATTEND A UNIBAR GIG?
UniBar gigs and events are strictly 18+. Our licensing requires all patrons must present valid 18+ ID is required for entry. Read more info on valid forms of ID here.
DO I NEED TO PRINT OFF MY TICKET OR CAN I SCAN IT ON MY PHONE?
We can scan tickets on your phone. Please ensure your brightness is turned up and that you have the screen zoomed on the barcode on your ticket. Please have this ready prior to reaching the door to ensure a quick entrance.
I JUST BOUGHT A TICKET OFF A FRIEND, DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON THE TICKET?
Name changes are necessary as per the Ticket Policy of Moshtix. For more information on name change and how to perform them please visit the Moshtix Support site.
I CAN'T COME TO THE EVENT, CAN I GET A REFUND?
There are NO REFUNDS on any ticket except as required by law. For more information on ticket terms and conditions please visit our Ticket Policy.
DOES THE BAR HAVE A CLOAK ROOM?
No. We cannot store anything for you so please be considerate with what you bring to a gig. If you can’t hold it all night, then don’t bring it.
I LOST SOMETHING AT A GIG. HOW DO I FIND OUT IF IT WAS HANDED IN?
Just give the bar a call on 02 4221 8084 and someone will be able to tell you if anything has been handed in. Alternatively, you can call UOW Security on 02 4221 4900.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes. The closest car park is the University’s P8 lot located at the rear of the bar. Parking is free from 6pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. See UOW Parking for more information.
IS YOUR VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes. Our venue has ramp access and an accessible bathroom. If you have an accessibility request or question, please contact us.
