Yes — this is an ALL AGES event.
- Patrons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Under 18s will receive a RED wristband and must not enter bar areas
- Patrons 18+ will receive a GREEN wristband
Please keep wristbands visible throughout the event.

There is NO CLOAK ROOM available at this event. Please plan accordingly and keep personal items with you at all times.
🚍Getting There & Home
- Public transport available from Uni Hall
- Parking information TBC
- Buses will be running post-event, including services heading to North Gong Station and Gong CBD –UOW’s North Gong Shuttle (routes 9 and 9N) will operate until 10pm. The last trip leaves Northfields Ave at 10:02pm.The last Gong Shuttle trips leaving Northfields Ave are 9:40pm (55A) and 9:45pm (55C).

- Security team onsite – speak to someone in high vis
- St John Ambulance with a medical tent at: UOW Gardens & Inside UniBar

- Dedicated chill-out zone located: Behind UniBar on the Lawns Near the event entrance

- Valid photo ID (required for alcohol service – 18+)
